Before you book.
From driveway space to what you can load, here’s what to know about your rental.
How much does an 8-yard rental cost?
The base rental is $375 for 24 hours. Each additional day is $25, so a 48-hour rental totals $400. Delivery, pickup and disposal of accepted light debris are included. There is no delivery surcharge in our listed service communities.
Is the dumpster driveway-safe?
Yes. Our 8-yard dumpster is a driveway-safe trailer, designed for residential placement. Choose a firm, level spot and let Conor know about any surface or access concerns before delivery.
How much space do I need?
The dumpster body is 8 feet long and 7 feet wide, with 4-foot-high sidewalls. The overall trailer is 12 feet long from the hitch to the closed doors. Allow about 16 feet while opening the rear doors, which fold back. Keep the approach clear and call Conor if you want help choosing a spot.
What can I put in the dumpster?
Household clutter, furniture, cardboard, wood, yard and green waste, and accepted light renovation debris. No concrete, sand, sod, brick, dirt, roofing products or heavy debris. We also cannot accept hazardous materials, paint, liquids, batteries, electronics or firearms. Call if you are unsure about an item.
Can I keep it longer than 24 hours?
Yes. Additional days are $25 each. Choose the rental dates you need when booking, or contact Conor if your project runs longer and you need to arrange an extension.
How full can I load the dumpster?
Keep all debris at or below the top rim and keep the contents under 3 tons (6,000 pounds). Heavy debris is not accepted, even in small amounts. If you are unsure about the weight or an item, contact Conor before loading.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before drop-off receive a 50% refund. Call Conor at (805) 231-5748 or email conordower101@gmail.com to cancel.

Do you load the dumpster for me?
This is a self-load dumpster rental. We deliver the trailer, you load your accepted debris, and we pick it up and handle disposal.
How do I book and arrange pickup?
Use Book Your Dumpster to open the Docket booking form, check your address and select your dates. You can also call Conor. When your rental is ready for pickup, contact Conor to coordinate the haul-away.
